What to Expect When You Visit Our Practice
We offer each and every patient the highest level of care. We’ll carefully listen to any problems you may have been having with your vision, examine your eyes and take the time to explain our findings and recommendations. Our standard consults usually take half an hour.
We typically perform retinal photography on all patients aged ten years and older every four years. We also conduct OCT scans routinely on all patients fifty years or older every two years.
If you need spectacles, our practice assistant will help you to choose new frames and will talk you through lens options to find an option that best suits you. Once your spectacles are ready for collection, we’ll give you a ring and let you know. You’re welcome to come back in to pick them up whenever suits you. You’re also welcome to come in any time for adjustments and cleaning.
